Delicious Dining Experience

I enjoyed some fantastic meals at the resort. The breakfast options were good, and I found myself ordering Eggs Benny every morning. Jesse, my server, was efficient and friendly, making each meal a pleasure. The restaurant's atmosphere and view added to the overall dining experience, and I would recommend trying their dinner menu as well.

Comfortable Rooms

The rooms at the resort were spacious and equipped with a kitchenette and whirlpool tub, which added a nice touch to our stay. Impressive Golf Facilities

Excellent Event Hosting

I recently organized a golf tournament at the resort, and the catering service was perfect. Sara from catering made the planning process simple, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. I had a mixed experience at the resort. On one hand, the grounds and golf course are absolutely beautiful, and the service during our event planning was top-notch, especially from Sara and Bill. However, the customer service overall could use significant improvement, especially regarding room cleaning and communication, which disappointed us. The rooms had unique charm but felt a bit dated. Overall, it was a good stay for events, but there were areas that need attention.

Our stay in the Villas at the Crown Isle was nothing short of amazing! The room was spacious, spotless, and nestled in a tranquil park-like setting, which made for a relaxing experience. The quality of the cottage cabin exceeded our expectations, providing everything we needed in a beautiful, clean space. However, our experience with noise from neighbors in a less-than-modern room left something to be desired. Nonetheless, the overall vibe was comfortable and enjoyable.
