I had a mixed experience at the resort. On one hand, the grounds and golf course are absolutely beautiful, and the service during our event planning was top-notch, especially from Sara and Bill. However, the customer service overall could use significant improvement, especially regarding room cleaning and communication, which disappointed us. The rooms had unique charm but felt a bit dated. Overall, it was a good stay for events, but there were areas that need attention.

Our stay in the Villas at the Crown Isle was nothing short of amazing! The room was spacious, spotless, and nestled in a tranquil park-like setting, which made for a relaxing experience.
